Background

Solution Description

In common network failures, there are two types of failures: hardware failures and software failures.

● Hardware failure requires the service provider to arrange on-site engineers to be present. Under the guidance of TAC remote technology, spare parts replaceing time, process and method should be reasonably arranged, configuration information should be properly stored, business continuity and stability should be ensured as much as possible, and hardware replacement should be completed finally.

 

● Software failures are more complicated, which may be caused by equipment configuration problems, software bugs in equipment operation, or even external attacks and improper human operations. Service providers need to arrange experienced on-site engineers to be present, cooperate with remote TAC fault diagnosis, collect relevant information about customer equipment as needed, locate the fault problems, analyze the cause of the fault, and finally provide solutions based on the actual situation of the customer site and network deployment. According to the risk of the service and the actual situation, cooperate with the implementation of the change plan in order to effectively solve the network failure and restore the normal use of the service network.

 

In addition, the on-site service also supports on-site attendance of customers at important times, such as major holidays, important meetings and annual settlement, etc.
