ECCOM successfully completes customer satisfaction survey of 2003 which targets at customers that enter into contract or have businesses with ECCOM.
The survey covers various fields in four major segments to learn customer satisfaction with pre-sales, post-sales service and sales departments. It also covers newly-developed businesses, Cisco Specialist Certification, delivery of goods, publicity and company image.
In line with the results, customers are satisfied with our services with a higher credit for services from our engineers. Most customers show interest in newly-developed products and our Cisco Specialist Certification and gives credit to our company image with a view that ECCOM is a company with strong technological strength, good services and an excellent reputation.
