Shanghai Municipal Administration of Taxation releases the list of Grade A Taxpayers of 2002 and ECCOM is in the list with honor.
In line with Administration Rule of Taxation Credit Grading Assessment for Taxpayers in Shanghai, State Administration of Taxation classifies the credit of enterprises and public institutions into four credit grades based on their score (full mark 100), namely Grade A, Grade B, Grade C and Grade D. those with a score of 95 or above are classified as Grade A.
Grade A taxpayers qualify the following terms: annual tax review in two consecutive years, 100% tax clearance on time, over 95% in clearance accuracy and taxation data report in line with taxation rules; no tax in arrear, no tax evasion, no tax dodging; no fraud of tax rebate; no unlawful acts in issuing invoices; at least one professional accountant with CPA and the accounting data should be true, in good quality and in its entirety. Only 1% to 2% of the enterprises can qualify the aforementioned terms to be Grade A taxpayers.
ECCOM successfully passes the credit assessment to become one of the few Grade A taxpayers, which results from our long-term tax practice in line with state laws and rules.
