China Electronics Standardization Association of Industry and Information Technology Services Branch on December 10, 2013 held a third compliance assessment review. ECCOM passed the expert review, and was awarded the ITSS Information technical services, operation and maintenance standards compliance certificate, becoming one of the first four qualified enterprises behind Wanda, Po Shun, and DNT Shanghai.
In 2012, ECCOM started ITSS compliance, with relevant departments implementing ITSS standards, strategies, and integration between different internal systems. With many years of experience in IT services specifications, ECCOM completed an internal system deployment, and passed in 2012 ITSS-site assessment compliance. In December 2013, ITSS compliance assessment in Beijing, ECCOM’s operations and maintenance systems, process execution, and tracking were evaluated ITSS experts on-site., and was awarded the "ITSS IT service operation and maintenance of the standard certificate of compliance." .
ITSS is a measure of the overall strength of the IT services business, and also an IT services company ability to develop services. ITSS standards marks an important achievement for China's IT services industry standardization and development. The ITSS certification officially recognizes ECCOM’s IT Service Management system, and delivery model as mature, as well as its’ ability to improve service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
